Technical Product Manager, AI

Product leader for SaaS and AI systems.

I spent my early career learning how users move through messy workflows, what breaks, and which metrics matter. Now I lead product teams and AI agents through the same loop: discover the pain, prototype the solution, measure, iterate, and ship.

How I work

Learn the workflow

User pain, journeys, metrics, iterations.

My foundation is business analysis: getting close to users, mapping where workflows break, defining the right measures, and iterating until the product path is clearer than the process it replaces.

Lead the product team

Ambiguous SaaS and AI bets into shipped systems.

I have led discovery, roadmap choices, customer loops, GTM decisions, and cross-functional delivery across enterprise and startup environments where product judgment has to survive contact with real operations.

Lead the agent team

AI coding and design agents as product collaborators.

I use agents for research, design critique, implementation, smoke tests, docs, and release work. The point is not novelty; it is faster learning loops and stronger execution when the product leader can direct both humans and agents.
